Our Spanish immersion environment allows children to learn Spanish naturally, the way they learn English at home, so they leave our program bilingual. Meet Our Director!
Isabel’s journey in early childhood education began in the classroom, where she first fell in love with helping little ones grow! Originally from Ecuador, she holds degrees in Psychology and Human Talent Management and has a strong background working in early childhood education. When she’s not at Tierra, you’ll likely find her reading in a cozy coffee shop, exploring the outdoors, or dreaming up stories for a future children’s book. Isabel leads with gratitude, connection, and a deep respect for each child’s unique path. We’re fortunate to have her leading our center!
