Our Spanish immersion environment allows children to learn Spanish naturally, the way they learn English at home, so they leave our program bilingual. Meet Our Director
Our Center Director, Wendy, brings warmth, dedication and a love for learning to Tierra Encantada. Originally from Sinaloa, Mexico, she has been part of the Tierra family for nearly two years, previously serving as Assistant Director at our Dodd location. With a background in customer service, Wendy entered the early childhood field with an open heart and quickly discovered a true passion for the work. Her daughter played an important role in inspiring that path, making her journey even more meaningful. She enjoys building strong connections with families, children and staff, and is often found spending time in classrooms alongside the kiddos. Outside of the center, Wendy enjoys family time, exploring new places, trying new foods, cooking and embracing life’s little adventures.
