Andrea brings over 15 years of experience in education to her role as Center Director at Tierra Encantada – West Falls Church. With a master’s degree in Education, she has served as a teacher, administrator, and leader since 2008. Andrea is passionate about creating inspiring, high-quality early learning experiences where children, families, and teachers can thrive together.

Shamice has been dedicated to Early Childhood Education since 2021 and holds an associate degree in the field. Before becoming Assistant Director at Tierra Encantada – Falls Church, she excelled as a lead teacher and in management roles. Shamice is known for her warmth, leadership, and commitment to building a welcoming environment for children, families, and teachers alike.
