Maria joined Tierra Encantada in 2022 and quickly rose from Preschool Teacher to Center Director through her leadership and dedication. Originally from Colombia, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Language Teaching and a CDA in Infant and Toddler. Maria is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive spaces where children and families feel valued and connected.
Assistant Director, Mrs. Cynthia Padilla
Cynthia began her journey with Tierra Encantada in 2022 as a Pre-K Teacher and now serves as Assistant Director at our Ford Center. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked in the field since 2020. Cynthia’s organization, warmth, and passion for supporting children and families make her an essential part of our community.
