Meet Our Director!

Born in Texas and raised in Venezuela, our Center Director Gaby brings a vibrant blend of experiences and heart to her role at Tierra Encantada. She joined the St. Louis Park center as Assistant Director when our center first opened before being promoted to her current role of Center Director. Prior to discovering her true passion for working in early childhood education, Gaby obtained degrees in Social Communication, Advertising and Marketing and began her career in media and banking. When she’s outside of the center, Gaby loves spending time with her children, cooking with her husband, and dancing Salsa and Merengue. We are so grateful to have Gaby leading our center with warmth, joy, and genuine care for every child, family, and team member in our center.
