How to Cancel Enrollment & Withdraw From Our Program

To unenroll your child from Tierra Encantada, please review the following information then complete this form.

  • Notice Period for Current Families

    Children who need to withdraw from our program must provide four full weeks’ notice, including departures for kindergarten. Once our enrollment team has received and processed your withdrawal request and has set your last day, our finance team will apply your child’s deposit to their final weeks.

  • Pre-Start Date Cancellations

    Families who wish to cancel their child(ren)’s enrollment can cancel at any point before their first day. Please note cancellations before attending their first day forfeit their deposit and registration fee.

  • Terms & Conditions

    To avoid paying tuition for weeks your child did not attend, your notice must be provided by Friday at least four (4) “full” weeks before your child’s original start date. Full weeks are Saturday – Friday seven-day periods; we do not prorate enrollment weeks. Whether notice is provided on a Sunday, Tuesday, or Friday, the notice will still be counted as four full weeks from Friday of the notice week. For example, if you give notice on Thursday, September 2nd, the last day will be four full Sat-Fri periods from that date, putting the previous day as Friday, October 1st.

    If less than four full weeks are provided, tuition will be due for the weeks the child was scheduled to attend until the date required for four whole weeks’ notice. If canceling enrollment, tuition due for short notice is in addition to full deposit forfeiture.
